A strict quality control system is in place, conducting thorough inspections from  raw materials to finished products. It has obtained international certifications  such as ISO9001, ensuring compliance with standards. 

2. How long does the production cycle take? 

Regular products are available in stock. Customized products have a production  cycle determined by the order quantity and complexity. The delivery date will be  clearly stated when the order is confirmed and the progress will be updated. 

3. How long is the warranty period? What is the warranty policy? 

One-year warranty period. Free repair/replacement for non-human damage; paid  repair service is provided for damage caused by human error or force majeure. 

4. How are product prices determined? 

The price is determined based on raw materials, production, transportation, taxes  and market factors. There will be discounts for large quantities. The payment  method also affects the final price. 

5. Can you offer any price discounts? 

Customers with long-term cooperation or for large orders can enjoy discounts.  During the promotion period, there will be additional discounts. The specific  amount will be negotiated based on the order situation. 

6. How long is the validity period of the quotation? 

The quotation is valid within 15 days. Beyond this period, it may be adjusted due to  market fluctuations. It is recommended to confirm the order within the validity  period to lock in the price.

8. What is the minimum order quantity? 

For regular products, orders of 10 pieces or more are accepted. Smaller orders can  be negotiated. For customized products, the minimum order quantity will be  adjusted according to the complexity. 

9. What are the delivery methods? 

Support FOB, CIF, EXW, etc. We will recommend the best solution based on your  requirements. 

10. How is the delivery time determined? 

The contract stipulates that all terms shall be strictly adhered to as agreed; in case  of force majeure, immediate notification shall be given and a solution shall be  negotiated. 

11. Which payment methods are supported? 

Acceptance of T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal, etc. can be  negotiated according to your requirements.
